We don't ship products internationally at the moment.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at billing@nextlevel3dprints.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:

Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed items, we do not accept returns on customized or personalized orders unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom prints, prototypes, or any items specifically made-to-order.
How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at billing@nextlevel3dprints.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchanges:

Exchanges are available for non-custom items only. Items must be in their original, unused condition and requested within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange Process:

Contact us at billing@nextlevel3dprints.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.

Once approved, ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or shipping error.

Once received, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Custom Orders:

Custom items cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect. If a defect is found, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
